2008 Tryouts

San Francisco City Football Club (SF City FC) is seeking motivated players who fit our 3-fold of requirements...

- Work Ethic - Do you hustle and try to win every ball? Are you fit ? Do you think good defense is a choice and not a skill? Do you have a good work ethic?

- Skill - Do you have experience? Have you played at a high level in College, Europe, South America, Africa, or Asia? Do you know how to play 1-2 touch ball?

- Attendance - Can you make a 75% minimum of all practices and matches? Primary practice/match days are Wednesday nights and Sunday days.

If you can answer yes to those 3 questions, we are interested in you trying out for us.

SF City FC won the 3rd division in 2003, the 2nd division in 2004, and the 1st division in 2005. We have two teams (Major & Second divisions SFSFL) so we usually have room for 30-35 players on our roster. Which team you fit in with depends on your work ethic, skill, and attendance. We are serious about winning every year, and look to get promoted in 2008 to the CPSA.
