I ahave a question related to my extreme suckiness at soccer!!!!??!?
The power to kick is horrible. Passing and dribbling I have down. Im good at long distance for the first mile, then I virtually die. Driblling tricks are a work in progress. Juggling max in my life is literally six. Control of ball is nonexistent.
What do you do as a weekly workout for soccer? (be detailed, weight days, drills, plyos days etc)
This help would be more appreciated than you will ever know. My one dream in life is to be a starter on my soccer team. I will do anything to get better

u just gotta always have a ball at ur feet, what i did was just juggle constantly and used to go to the field every other day to practice on my shots both placement and power..i would suggest to get ur legs stronger to run with a parachute everyday like maybe 5 100's or so..also to just get some distance and height on ur kick, go to kick the ball really hard get under it and once u make contact just stop like a divot in golf and also i suggest watch soccer as it shows u things also like it did for me
