Any idea's for when my husband gets home?
My husband is coming home from Iraq very very soon. So far, I have bought him a lot of stuff for his fave NFL team, the Patriots. I got him a sweatshirt, reversable jacket, two t-shirts, a jersey, and two drinking cups from them. Also, I got him his fave deoderant, body spray, and body wash in a gift set. When he gets home, my 7 and 8 year olds and I are going to decorate our van windows with special "welcome home" messages. Is there anything else I could do to make him feel special and know how much he has been missed and loved while he was gone? Also, he's not really into parties, so a welcome home party is out of the question.
Welll.....I could tell you, but it's personal and involves language and content that is inappropriate.
But you know what I mean. Make him happy.
Kids can also write a message accompanied with a picture that they drew. Something that he can fold and put in his wallet or hang on the bedroom wall. Hey you could have them framed to put by his bedside.
But you can, you know......... make him happy.
